As the head of “Amal Hesegim,” Amir develops vocational training programs for adults, enhancing skills for Israel’s technological and industrial sectors. With extensive experience in senior management across business and social sectors, Amir significantly shapes vocational and technological education at the Amal Educational Network.

Previously, as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at the Bureau of Engineers, Architects, and Academics, Amir managed large budgets, developed training programs, and built relationships with major corporations like Rafael, Elbit, and Israel Electric Company. His collaboration with government ministries and academia secured crucial grants and donations. Amir’s roles have also included VP positions at the Chamber of Engineers and the Industrial Association, and managing employment programs at “Leap to the Future” and “Yedidei Atidim.”

Committed to volunteer work, Amir participates in forums for technological colleges and youth employment. At the University of Haifa, he was active in the Student Union Council and supported overseas students. Amir holds a Bachelor’s in Communication and Human Services, a Master’s in Business Administration, and served in Unit 8200, operating classified intelligence systems. His dedication to education and professional development ensures that high school graduates have ample opportunities for lifelong learning and career growth.
