Amal Closes an Unprecedented School Year Celebrating Achievement and Resilience

As the school year draws to a close, Amal Educational Network reflects on a year marked by both challenge and achievement—a testament to the unwavering dedication of our principals and teachers who made normalcy possible even in times of upheaval.

Throughout every corner of Israel—center and periphery, secular and religious, Jewish and Arab communities—Amal continued to offer a home for all students, embracing diversity and ensuring every child’s story and dream found a place at our shared table. Thanks to increased support from philanthropic foundations and strengthened academic partnerships, our network launched a groundbreaking values-based educational model, integrated artificial intelligence and digital literacy in classrooms, and advanced holistic school leadership.

Amal students excelled, winning 47 national and international competitions, and for the fifth consecutive year led Israel in English matriculation rates. We welcomed three new schools into our network, honored schools for outstanding pedagogical innovation, and expanded experiential learning opportunities, with strategic collaborations including Hebrew University and UCLA. Our principals and teachers ensured both educational excellence and emotional support, adapting resiliently as they navigated war, national trauma, and routine disruptions.

This year saw Amal rise in national rankings for educational achievement and innovation, with a notable increase in the number of students excelling in matriculation exams and technological studies. Our leaders focused on promoting holistic school management, advancing community partnerships, and fostering digital and civic literacy across the network.

To close this chapter, we extend deep gratitude to our principals, teachers, and all staff members for their steadfast commitment to Israel’s next generation. Wishing everyone a happy holiday and restful summer with family and friends.
