Guy Feder – Head of Fundraising and Development
Guy Feder is a music educator and cultural entrepreneur with over two decades of experience using the arts to build community and expand access to quality education. He has led educational and artistic initiatives in some of Israel’s leading music institutions and founded “All Music for All,” a social initiative dedicated to making music education accessible to diverse communities of all ages and backgrounds. Across these roles, his work has consistently focused on inclusion, dialogue, and empowering young people through meaningful cultural experiences.
In parallel, Guy has been deeply involved in peacebuilding and shared‑society work, with a particular focus on Jewish‑Arab partnership. As Artistic Advisor to Polyphony Education in Nazareth, one of Israel’s leading initiatives in the Arab community, he has helped promote musical excellence, youth leadership, and intercultural dialogue through music—values that closely echo Amal’s commitment to democracy, innovation, and a shared society. His educational philosophy is grounded in the belief that every student deserves to be seen as a whole and unique individual, and that culture and education together can create genuine encounters and new opportunities.
Now based in Montclair, New Jersey, Guy serves as Head of U.S. Development, Friends of Amal, where he works to strengthen the bridges between Amal’s schools and communities and partners, institutions, and donors across the United States. In this role, he is leading efforts to build a committed Friends board, cultivate major donors and foundations, create meaningful visits and speaking opportunities for Amal’s leadership, and develop the network’s 100th‑anniversary campaign and flagship fundraising event. Bringing together his experience in educational leadership, community‑building, and intercultural work, Guy is uniquely positioned to mobilize support for Amal’s mission of rebuilding Israeli society through inclusive, values‑based education
