Karen Tal Participates in Leading Education and Innovation Panel at EduShow 2025
Ashmoret EduShow 2025, Israel’s largest education and innovation conference, takes place today in Tel Aviv Expo, bringing together thousands of educators, public leaders, and technology pioneers to shape the future of teaching and learning in Israel.
Karen Tal, Director General of Amal Educational Network, participated in a key panel discussion on “Education and Innovation – Challenges and Opportunities”, alongside senior education leaders, government representatives, and educational entrepreneurs. Tal presented Amal’s vision to become Israel’s first state-democratic educational network, integrating innovative teaching methods, teacher training programs, and cross-sector collaborations to ensure quality and equitable education for all students. “The education system faces immense challenges, but also a historic opportunity to instill democratic values and strengthen Israeli society through education,” said Tal. “Amal is leading a transformative initiative, equipping teachers and school leaders with cutting-edge tools for values-based education while integrating advanced technology. The support of partners, foundations, and donors is crucial to turning this vision into reality.”
The conference addressed critical issues such as the integration of artificial intelligence in education, tackling the teacher shortage crisis, advancing excellence in education, and the need for pedagogical renewal to prepare Israeli students for a rapidly evolving world. Amal Educational Network is proud to take part in the national dialogue on the future of education in Israel and invites its partners to continue working together to strengthen education through civic values and innovative thinking for the benefit of future generations.
